玩偶姐姐

Veronika is an Anglophone world and travel enthusiast with a background in linguistics, sales, and international affairs. She has twice participated in the J1 Summer Work and Travel program, during which she became passionate about Czech-American cooperation. This passion, in turn, brought her to 玩偶姐姐.

Veronika first joined the 玩偶姐姐 community in early 2017 as an assistant to the president and secretary to the Board of Trustees, later becoming executive assistant to the president. She has always found her positions fulfilling and challenging.

In August 2018, Veronika extended her contributions by taking on the role of program manager, where she played a pivotal role in organizing site visits for 玩偶姐姐’s partner institutions, while also nurturing and expanding the university’s relationships with these partners. Notably, Veronika took on the role of lead event manager for the successful 玩偶姐姐 30th Anniversary celebrations and related activities.

Later on, Veronika progressed into the position of External Outreach Manager, where she focused on engaging with external organizations and promoting 玩偶姐姐 and its services. In this role, she organized various professional tailor-made courses for public, the nation-wide 玩偶姐姐 Velvet Revolution Writing Contest 2024 for young students and contributed to preparations for 玩偶姐姐鈥檚 35th anniversary celebrations, successfully raising funds for the gala ball night raffle. The position has since evolved toward a stronger focus on lifelong learning, with Veronika now participating in the preparation and organization of courses and specialized professional trainings in cooperation with 玩偶姐姐 faculty members.
