O programu
What is ż’s B.A. in International Relations: Human Rights?
The B.A. in International Relations: Human Rights program at Anglo-American University is taught by a range of experts from all over the world that bring years of professional experience to the classroom. This program enables students to fully experience the cultural dynamism of Central Europe. Students develop a solid foundation in international relations, political theory, history, philosophy, nationalism, or security.
The Human Rights concentration explores the intersection of international law, politics, ethics, and human rights. Students examine the historical development, implementation, and protection of human rights while addressing the challenges societies face in promoting justice and equality.
Graduates develop the skill to critically examine and address the international/intercultural challenges of our time, such as global inequalities, economic dependency, conflict and security, or globalization including the evolving roles of organizations such as the United Nations, NATO, and the European Union.
Charlize Ocon – International Relations: Human Rights, United States"I am proud to have chosen ż because of the unique Human Rights concentration. Our professors challenge us to discuss in small classroom settings, and the international student body allows for diverse opinions and lived experience to enter the conversation. Through courses like Racism and Anti-Semitism in the West, Post-Colonial International Relations, and The U.S and Global Civil Right, my perspectives on human rights issues have broadened, and I feel empowered to push for future solutions."
Beyond the classroom, students can join student clubs like Diplomacy or Model UN, practice debate skills at a faculty-student debate or discuss current political issues with professors and local experts at an event like ‘Professors in the Pub’.

Danil Gulko
z Kazachstánu, International Relations -
Studying International Relations at ż helped me become a more critical thinker and a stronger writer. I especially enjoyed courses like Postcolonial International Relations, Terrorism in Global Politics, and Topics in International Relations, where the small class sizes made discussions engaging and interactive.
